Designed with input from rehabilitation professionals,
the bright and spacious inpatient unit of Marlton Rehabilitation
Hospital offers:
- 46 private and semi-private rooms to accommodate patient needs
- An Activities of Daily Living Suite, which features an apartment-like
atmosphere which allows patients to demonstrate and practice the
skills they have learned during their inpatient rehabilitation
treatment
- A large, well-equipped gym where patients receive individualized
treatment by professional therapy staff
- A therapeutic pool designed for patients with a wide variety
of therapy needs
- A dining room which provides a supportive, therapeutic setting
for retraining, as well as social interaction with staff, family,
and friends
- A large family room and outdoor patio, which provides for a
friendly atmosphere to relax and socialize
Each inpatient is evaluated by the interdisciplinary team and a
treatment plan is developed to meet the individual’s needs.
Based on the individualized treatment plan, the patient receives
combined therapy equaling 3 or more hours per day.
